By creating an account or using AvenDate, you agree to these terms. Please read them before signing up.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AvenDate. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide, including your date of birth, is accurate. Misrepresenting your age is grounds for immediate account termination.

2. Account & verification

Your profile is not visible to other members until it passes our manual verification review, which checks a government-issued ID and an academic document against our published verification policy. Submitting falsified, altered, or someone else's documents is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

3. Plans and payment

AvenDate offers a Free plan and two paid plans (Plus and Elite) with different daily match limits. Paid plans are activated after you submit a UPI payment reference and our team manually confirms it — usually within 24 hours. Plans run for 30 days from activation and do not auto-renew; you'll need to submit a new payment to continue a paid plan after it expires. We do not store your UPI PIN or banking credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, or academic credentials.
• Harass, threaten, or send unwanted sexual content to other members.
• Use AvenDate for commercial solicitation, spam, or scams.
• Attempt to circumvent the verification process or daily match limits.
• Scrape, copy, or misuse other members' profile content or photos.

We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload. By posting them on AvenDate, you grant us a limited license to display them to other verified members as part of the service. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to share any content you upload.

6. Safety disclaimer

Manual document verification reduces but does not eliminate the risk of encountering someone who misrepresents themselves. Always exercise caution when meeting anyone in person for the first time — meet in a public place, tell a friend where you're going, and trust your judgment.

7. Termination

You may stop using AvenDate and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our verification policy.

8. Limitation of liability

AvenDate is provided "as is." We do our best to verify members and keep the platform safe, but we can't guarantee the accuracy of any member's profile or the outcome of any interaction between members. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as AvenDate evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
